We're thrilled to announce the launch of the brand-new Enigma Medtech website, marking an exciting milestone in the growth of our specialist medtech group.
Enigma Medtech didn't start in a boardroom. It started in the field. Founded by Andy Uff, a medtech professional with 25 years of hands-on experience across every level of the commercial sector, the business was born from a simple but powerful conviction: that the medtech industry deserves support that comes from people who truly understand it.
Andy has held virtually every commercial role in the sector, from sales executive and regional sales manager through to national sales manager, commercial director, marketing manager, international training lead, and CEO. That breadth of experience spans some of the most demanding clinical specialties in the industry, including orthopaedics, cardiology, anaesthetics, electrophysiology, wound closure, and laparoscopic surgery.
The new website tells that story, and introduces everything that has grown from it.

The group began life in 2023 as Enigma Education, founded on a frustration with the state of traditional training. Slide decks, passive learning, and tick-box exercises weren't producing real change, so Andy built something different: activity-based, emotionally engaging programmes that people actually remembered and could put to use.
Word spread. Clients began asking for more. Interim sales cover. Orthopaedic theatre support. Insights Discovery programmes. Each time, the answer was yes, and by 2026, Enigma Medtech was formed to bring all of those services together under one roof.
As Andy puts it: "Every division of Enigma Medtech exists because a client asked us to help. That's still how we operate today."
