Losing a sales manager, even temporarily, can have a significant impact on team performance and morale. We provide experienced medtech sales managers who can step in, lead your team, and maintain momentum while you recruit or while your manager is away. Minimum engagement: 3 months.
Marketing Project Support
From product launches and conference support to sales materials and digital campaigns, our medtech marketing consultants bring specialist sector knowledge to your projects. We work on a project basis, scoped around what you need and when you need it.
Contract Training Delivery
If you have your own internal training programmes but lack the resource to deliver them, we can help. We learn your content, your methodology, and your standards — then deliver your training on your behalf, to your teams, for the duration of the contract. Engagements typically run between 3 and 12 months.
